Behind the scenes at Royal Ascot
Now into its third day, the event is seen as one of the top hospitality gatherings of the summer, and this year is celebrating the Queens Diamond Jubilee.
Gary England, business development director at Sodexo Prestige, and Steve Golding Ascot Hospitality executive head chef both talk about the planning that goes into the event and we even get a glimpse inside the Ascot kitchens to see what guests will be eating over the next few days.
