Taking place at One Mayfair on Wednesday 26 September, The Guide Live's opening session will be feature Paul Hicks, head of brand experience and events for Carat, Amice Lock, managing director at Liquid Thread (the brand content division of Starcom MediaVest) and Victoria Morrison, senior event manager for Ketchum Pleon.
The panel will focus on the importance of live events for media and PR agencies, as more and more brands are looking to engage with their consumers via live experiences.
They will discuss the rise of live events as part of their media and PR strategy planning; how they execute events; how much of a client's media and PR budget is now being invested in brand experiences; what the future of live events is for media and PR agencies; how they source event suppliers and whether they use event agencies.
To come to this free session at The Guide Live you have to be an event organiser for either a brand or an event agency, and apply as a delegate for here.
As well as this session there will be two keynotes from leading brands on how they activated their sponsorship of the Olympics via an event marketing strategy.
