The agency created the Mayor of London’s display for the ninth consecutive year at the EDF Energy London Eye.
The event celebrated an extraordinary year for the capital and was watched by millions of people on BBC One and live by thousands more lining the banks of the Thames.
The soundtrack to which the display was choreographed was curated by Jack Morton's creative director, David Zolkwer, and produced in collaboration with Nik Goodman and Dan McGrath at Bounce.
The pyrotechnics were provided by Kimbolton Fireworks.
It featured music significant to 2012 including tracks and artists which featured in the Olympic and Paralympic opening and closing ceremonies, and the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. It was interspersed with sound bites from The Queen and key personalities of 2012 including Sebastian Coe, Boris Johnson and David Cameron.
DJ Nihal provided further entertainment for the crowds lining the banks of the river in the build-up to midnight.
Jim Donald, executive producer at Jack Morton, said: "It has been our great honour to work with a very talented team to create this iconic and spectacular event for the past nine years. This year is particularly special in that we have been able to both open and close what has been a truly extraordinary year for London and the United Kingdom."
Zolkwer added: "We're delighted to have been tasked with creating the event that will bring down the curtain on an extraordinary year for London. Our goal was simply to create an experience that captured the many emotional highs of an inspiring year that gave us all so much of which to be proud."
The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, said: "What an amazing end to an incredible year. London has proved, yet again, that it can pull off spectacular world-class events in style."
Jack Morton worked in conjunction with multiple organisations across the capital to deliver the event. These included the Mayor’s Office; the Metropolitan Police; Westminster City and Lambeth Borough Councils; and Transport for London.
