Diamond City will exclusively manage all corporate events at the museum. It takes over the contract from Lemon Drop Events.
The museum joins Cannon Bridge Roof Gardens in Diamond City's stable of exclusive hire venues, and the company has signed a deal with Create to provide catering at both venues.
Donna Comfort, managing director of Diamond City Events, said she is "delighted" to be working with Create, and plans to develop the Household Cavalry Museum as a "premier venue for corporate events".
Martin Westwood, head of commercial development and operations at the museum said: "The Household Cavalry Museum is a very unusual and delightful venue waiting to be discovered by the wider audience our partnership with Diamond City Events will undoubtedly bring."
Caroline Gardiner, managing director of Create Food & Party Design, added: "We are hugely excited to be able to offer Cannon Bridge Roof Gardens and the Household Cavalry Museum to our clients. We are delighted to be catering at these unique venues and look forward to developing menus in keeping with the exclusive nature of the spaces."
